About Us

Protecting Your Interests

Experience Matters

Jeff and Craig have combined litigation experience of 30 years and thousands of Court appearances between them at all levels of Courts: Municipal through Federal.  While our firm focuses on Real Estate litigation, we have diverse experience in many areas of law, which helps us analyze our clients’ Landlord and Real Property legal matters from several perspectives.

Attorneys You Can Trust

Our firm is committed to honesty and integrity.  You can expect straight answers to your legal issues. Our goal is always to provide you with the best day for your matter.  We have a reputation for being prepared and tenacious.  We are flexible in our approach to our legal adversaries, but take a never-back-down attitude for those cases when faced with no other option.  Our competition knows that when we face them in Court we are prepared to litigate and know the case, law, and precedent.  We cultivate long-term relationships with our clients so that we become their first call.

Our Clients Come First

Let’s face it: no one wants to wake up to find themselves with a legal problem.  We understand the frustration of having your property or your assets being assaulted through the legal process by the very people you believe that you were trying to help.  No guarantees exist in the practice of law, but with Sprigg-Novak, you will know after the first consultation the probabilities of outcome and a clear plan for any next steps.  You will find Jeff and Craig considerate, and not taking themselves as seriously as they do the law. At Sprigg-Novak Law, building our relationship with clients is as important to us as resolving their legal matters.

Community Driven

Craig and Jeff believe in being part of the communities they serve.  Both Jeff and Craig are members of 100 Men Who Give a Damn, contributing to non-profit organizations in the DFW area. Craig was a member of the Frisco Library Board, the Frisco Chamber of Commerce as an Ambassador, and a Board member of the Collin County Bar Association.  Jeff is active in the North Texas community hockey leagues where he is an active supporter of these organizations that develop young men into disciplined, team-oriented members of the community.
